Online Consumer Forum
Consumers play a very significant role in the economic
system of a nation. According to Mahatma Gandhi - A consumer is an important guest
on our premise. He is not dependent on us rather we are dependent on him. Consumer
is not an interruption to our work but he is the purpose of it. Consumers are doing
us a favour by providing an opportunity to serve him. But unfortunately, he is
cheated by ways of overcharging, black marketing, misleading information and
many more. These practices are very common among greedy sellers and
manufacturers to make unreasonable profits. Hence, it has become the duty of the
government of India to protect the basic rights of all human beings.
Today, the Online Consumer Forum provides relief for
consumers as they can post complaints online more easily and conveniently. Bhonko is a Consumer Court Online complaint
